About
I'm a seasoned Product Design Leader with a track record of over 15 years in the industry. Throughout my career, I have been at the forefront of driving innovation by seamlessly bridging the worlds of design and development.
I thrive in dynamic startup environments and have a passion for building and scaling Design Teams. In my previous role, I led the establishment of a Design Team from the ground up for a fast-growing startup. Through my hands-on and empowering approach, I nurtured and mentored a group of talented designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. As a result, our Design Team became an integral part of the company's success, accounting for 30% of company hires and contributing to a 226% increase in company revenue.
Beyond my professional engagements, I am also deeply committed to mentoring aspiring Product Designers globally. As a recognized top mentor, I have had the privilege of guiding and supporting designers from diverse backgrounds.
In addition to my extensive experience, I bring a unique perspective to the table due to my background as a software developer. This technical expertise allows me to speak the language of developers fluently, facilitating seamless collaboration and efficient iteration between design and development teams.

Features
Discussed the controversial topic of UX vs Product Design, the state of maturity in the industry and how to become a successful Product Designer.
A topic I became obsessed in the past two years: We discussed What’s DesignOps and how to start a DesignOps practice at your company.
I was invited to “Todo por la Tarde” to talk about how people can transition or start their career in UX Design, either for free or on a budget.
Volunteering
Working as Vice President in AIESEC was one of the most intense working experiences I had. As member of the committee board we had over 100 people in charge in 3 cities, and I was the final responsible for two of those cities.
This intense experience taught me a lot about teamwork, on how to be a leader and motivate people to work through leadership and example.
Besides that, my job role included
- Analyzing new the feasibility of opening new committees around Argentina.
- Educating new members.
- Create systems to improve the data handling inside the committee and with other local committees in the country.
