Work Experience
As a professional with expertise in resource management and strategic planning, my role entails overseeing resources in alignment with prospective opportunities, particularly through project management, FTE planning, and ensuring a harmonious equilibrium between personnel and business demands. Additionally, a pivotal aspect of my position involves strategizing the potential expansion of the department and fostering professional growth among employees while addressing unforeseen challenges ("black swans").
○ Resource planning and optimizing performance metrics for the department.
○ Identifying and nurturing potential roles within the department to enhance efficiency and productivity.
○ Developing comprehensive growth plans for the department and its cohesive team.
○ Anticipating and addressing potential strategic implications of processes, ensuring adaptability and resilience.
○ Engaging with diverse technical domains to explore and exploit potential opportunities for growth.
○ Streamlining growth processes both within the department and across the organization.
○ Establishing a thriving local ecosystem of collaborative and high-performing teams.
Preparing employees for projects, tracking the status of projects (and employees for them). Establishment of processes in the team, participation in reviews, assessments. Development of a system for the growth of employees and improvement of working conditions in general.
Core competencies of the direction:
○ Monitoring the status of employees on the project;
○ Distribution of projects by competence;
○ People management;
○ Planning the growth of the department and working with indicators;
○ Strategic planning.
The main challenge was to optimize the work processes of mentors and trainees. I managed to prepare the documentation, which made it possible to automate the onboarding process, assemble a team of experts and optimize the labor and time spent on the distribution and onboarding of candidates.
Main tasks:
○ Optimization of the learning process;
○ Optimization of the process of distributing specialists;
○ Optimization of the competence distribution process;
○ Creation of an internship program for candidates;
○ Creation of a training and knowledge assessment program.
In this position, I served as an interface designer, researcher, and team leader. The most important thing is that in addition to understanding how to distribute and optimize the resource of designers on a project, I myself performed the duties of a designer. There was no moment when I gave all the tasks to the team and "hoped for the best" - I think that if I want everything to be good on the project and in the team, then I should not sit on the sidelines.
Key areas:
○ I oversaw the direction of social interaction.
○ I worked on interface research and systematization of project work.
○ Conducting technical interviews, participating in assessments.
○ Team coordination and task allocation within a referral.
○ Conducting low and high level research.
Development of processes in order to increase product quality, optimize processes and labor costs. Also one of the results is an improvement in product profitability based on user interest and other engagement metrics.
○ Building and optimizing design processes;
○ Planning the progress of the product;
○ Elaboration of scenarios for product improvements;
○ Research of variability of audience interests;
○ Development of scenarios of product profitability;
○ Work with prioritizing decisions;
○ Planning the growth of the team's competencies within the product.

A Ui/Ux designer is a professional who has experience in developing user interfaces and user interactions with a product. However, their role in an IT team is not just about creating a visually appealing product.
In UX design, cognitive biases can influence how users interact with a product, the decisions they make, and the emotions the product elicits. Therefore, understanding cognitive biases is a key aspect of choosing and implementing an interactive approach both with users in general and with their personal perceptions.
Web designers and user interface (UI/UX) designers use colors in their work to draw attention to interface elements, increase brand recognition, and improve user perception. The choice of color palette can have a significant impact on the entire process, as different colors can evoke different emotions and moods in users.
In my opinion, Ui/Ux design is the foundation of a product, its face and soul. You can create an infinitely high-quality heart, and organize the simulation of breathing, but we won’t fall in love with a product just because its heart beats in an interesting rhythm or its breathing smells like mint.
As is commonly believed, this methodology places the user at the center of the world and focuses on their views and habits. In fact, the product’s actual growth revolves around the persona for which the system is built.
