Side Projects
The project was to design a landing from zero, where we only had the logo and 2 colors from the pallet as defined resources.
It was a challenge and fun project where I could explore since the visual to the storytelling.

Hire some junior designers to be part of the team, mentor them for quick learning, and empower them to lead projects and deliver optimal results.

Create designs for all platform features, update the website regularly, and align these tasks with the business team's goals.

I was in charge of optimizations in the experience and the look and feel of the website and make it real on Webflow.

Propose improvements and build a style guide for the platform. This last one is to get better communication with the development team.

I designed templates for social media and supervised the designs delivered by the agency that we work with to keep consistency.
As a member of the App's squad, I proposed improvements in the user stories to get us aligned with the web. Also, I did visual optimizations and document them on the style guide for both native systems.

I was in charge of UX/UI optimizations of the platform and lead the redesign project on the web.
