Vacation Experience

**What is it?** Dr. Training is an educational AR App focused on arthroscopy (a medical procedure done in body articulations). The aim of the app is to train doctors to develop the skills needed to run a successful operation.

**How?** Thanks to AR technology the simulation looks as close as possible to a real medical procedure.

Educational AR App

The project required understanding the different roles on the business level.

Understand the user behavior:

Due to time constraints, the user research workshop didn’t happen. However, we managed to understand the main features of the target audience by interviewing some pilot users and asking them the right questions. Turned out that they feel very busy and pressured by their jobs. They all rely on their smartphones to manage daily life. So, why not offer simple steps to solve a daily problem through an app?

I specialized in crafting intuitive user experiences for a Daily Banking Mobile app. My role involved translating business requirements into innovative functionalities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, and taking ownership of the design system and card components to maintain consistency and usability across the platform.

I undertook a diverse range of tasks to optimize user experiences for clients across various industries. This included analyzing existing products to identify usability issues and propose solutions, conducting various user testing methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, and user interviews. I collaborated closely with UX researchers, facilitated lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping, organized user research workshops, and contributed to product conceptualization. Additionally, I led UI improvements for existing platforms and played a key role in the relaunch of the company website.
