Internship. Manager of the reception team for the Mont-Tremblant Aquatic Complex and Sports Center. Also responsible for hosting events taking place in the city.
I'm the supervisor of the hotel at night. I'm also in charge of the daily billing and every guest request during the night.
Managing a team of 20 employee and the operations of the largest park on the island of Montréal, while coordinating with contractors and city partner's for the operation of a beach, a farm, a outdoor center, a camping and a winter sport center.
