With a broad knowledge and expertise, I have a successful track record of designing wide-ranging products, including web/mobile apps, marketing materials and landing pages.
I have driven and completed a variety of people-centred and engaging product design, graphic design and UX design projects in multiple industries such as virtual bet, fintech, telecom, game, banking, e-commerce, production, entertainment and media. Thanks to my in-depth understanding of UI/UX best practices and good knowledge of web technologies, I am able to balance many simultaneous projects of varying complexity in a fast-paced and deadline-driven tech environment. Additionally, having a master’s degree in Graphic Design and a bachelor’s in Computer Technology and Information Systems also supports my hands-on experience.

Work Experience
Misli.com: Support all aspects of product design management process of web and mobile apps of the virtual betting company. Conduct user research studies and performed UI/UX and CX designs, prototyping and wireframing by applying design thinking methodology. Ensure designs are implemented effectively in code by working closely with developers.
• Increased Apple store score from 2.9 to 4.4 (approximately 150%) and the number of users by 300% with 2m members by redesigning the app in collaboration with the product team. (Monthly profit is £100k)
• Sub-Projects: Sports Betting, Misli Arena, Horse Racing, Virtual Betting Games, Digital Betting Games, Item Lottery, Scratch Cards (Kazi-Kazan), Super Bingo, and Spor Toto.
Kassa Mobile (iOS and Android): Conducted user research and produced UI/UX and CX designs for the mobile app aiming to develop new technology for its users in the fintech product. Produced UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps and prototypes using design thinking methodology.
• Established the fintech product from scratch as a sole product designer.
• Played a vital role in ensuring the Kassa got an investment of $200k from QNB Finansbank.
Provided visual design, UX and art direction consultancy on online, IOS and Android phone responsive projects for Turkcell Official Website, Bip and Superonline. Performed UI/UX, CX and campaign designs, prototyping and wireframing of web and mobile apps.

Performed visual design, user experience and art direction responsibilities for online, IOS, Android phone and Facebook platforms and responsive projects of the clients, including Vitra, Artema, Eczacıbaşı, Zorlu Center, BKM, BKM Express and Ittifak Holding. Created wireframe and information architecture as the design team lead by working closely with the UX research firm, including Userspots and FJORD Turkey. Played a key role in the UI and UX processes. Creating brand and corporate identity packages.

• BKM Express: Website providing online shopping, developed by BKM, banks and leading companies in the e-commerce area.
• Ing Bank Turkey Official Website: One of the leading banks in Turkey. Actively took part in the project of renewing website, bank customer panel and responsive dimensions in line with the brand's new corporate style guideline at Netherlands HQ.
• Engin Against Artema – Campaign Game Website: Virtual game platform of the Turkish bathroom accessories producer. Led the process from the idea stage to the game concept design preparation, prototyping and testing.
