What started as a Social network for creatives turned into a website builder for creatives

Helped pivot Virb from a social network into a DIY website builder in 2009 after extensive research that led to improved understanding of customer needs. Worked with artists and creatives using a similar portfolio platform to document and analyze trends and feedback, which resulted in a complete restructure of Virb into what it is today.
• Oversaw all product development, from new features to team management and user feedback. Analyzed and structured our development schedule based on this feedback that led to more than 20,000+ new customers and enhanced user experience.
• Launched integration partnerships that gave our customers easy access to their own core 'how-to' tool set; which not only guided them on best internet practices, but made navigation and design completely cohesive.
• Led Virb's responsive theme platform launch, which brought the site builder to all user devices. Focused especially on the mobile experience of content and flow.
• Oversaw the remote team of 11 designers, programmers and CS. Facilitated cross-functional teamwork on all features from concept to launch.
• Oversaw CS from 2009 - 2011, collecting data of all user feedback in real time, as well as customer surveys.
