Projects
I was tasked with designing a mobile app for Otayo (<otayo.com/en/>), a leading ticketing platform in Mauritius, to bring their web-based experience to mobile users. While the app needed to include the core content from the website, I was given creative freedom to design an interface distinct from the web version.
A mobile application to help integrate financial services from institutions in one platform to help users access financial help easily in one place
Lootverse is a metaverse platform that positions itself as a digital parallel world, primarily aimed at providing immersive experiences blending virtual real estate, gaming, and interactive storytelling.
I was tasked with creating an onboarding flow that will help users get a gist of the platform on sign up while also trying to provide as much information about the platform for the users to get familiar with on first interaction; from creating their account, getting an overview of the platform, personalise their character with 'orbs' and familiarise with features they will be using frequently.
Work Experience
This is an AI immigration workplace that helps immigrants and lawyers apply for EB-1, EB2-NIW and O1 visa types by reducing the time used to work and finalise on application documents. Guideli gather's the user's information and uses this to write their petition based on how they answer the questions provided.

Zunko is a stock trading app to help Mauritians and Africans at large to invest in US stocks easily with as less as $1.
As the Lead UX/UI Designer:

Directed the redesign of the Zunko Stock Trading application, driving a seamless and intuitive user experience

Leading user research practices to collect both quantitative and qualitative data and use it to improve areas in the app. e.g. using information to design a better search feature to help users find stocks to invest in easily.

I Pioneered the integration and design of the competition feature in the app, bringing in the aspect of gamification by enabling users to create and compete in trading competitions and having a leaderboards to show their competition status, which in turn saw the usage of the app increase by nabbing university students and finance interested users.
