For the past 14 years, she's played a key role in managing multidisciplinary teams of 20+ people, designing digital services and products, helping clients to grow and transform their businesses within different industries from multichannel experiences in the TV space to digital banking and new technologies for healthcare, luxury and mobility.

Former Senior Product Designer at WeTransfer and UX Design Director at Hanzo, she also taught Service Design at the IED Master Program and she forged an ever ascending career in agencies such as Fjord and SmartDesign. She had the pleasure to strategise, design and deliver products for the likes of WeTransfer, SAIB Bank, Dunia, BBVA, Standard Chartered, Virgin Money, HP, Inditex, Bvlgari, Mapfre, Ford amongst others.

2022

Deem (formerly known as Dunia) is a leading financial services provider from the UAE, offering credit cards, loans, deposits and financial planning to expats living in Dubai.

Despite being a well-known brand in the region, Dunia recognized the need to modernize their business model and improve their brand reputation, shifting the company towards a more socially conscious fintech model.

Hanzo helped Dunia navigate its journey through digital transformation, participated in redefining its core values, helped with a transitional rebranding of its business and accompanied the organisation during the design and the development of its digital services.

2021

Italian iconic luxury brand Bulgari approached Hanzo to help them streamline how they share information internally with their more than 4,000 employees around the world, whilst boosting employee engagement.

After conducting a huge research effort in collaboration with a broad representation of Bulgari employees, Hanzo envisioned an innovative cross-channel employee network that not only provided opportunities to learn but also allowed the Bulgari team to connect worldwide, share knowledge and communicate across their stores to grow professionally within the Bulgari family.

Through the use of gamification principles, Hanzo designed and developed a highly engaging platform in which employees saw their learning efforts rewarded with an ever growing virtual gem, that in some cases was replicated physically and handed in to the most engaged employees.

2021

Over a three-year partnership, Hanzo contributed to defining the bank’s ambitious digital strategy and designed, developed and launched a comprehensive ecosystem of digital products — including their front retail, business and private banking websites or the new UI for their ATMs.

All under the umbrella of a shiny new digital identity and design system developed over the bank’s pre-existing legacy systems.
