Generative UX research, strategy, and design for clients including The Gates Foundation, CFR, ProPublica, The New York Times, CreativeMornings, Dashlane, Google, and Nike.

2018 — 2023

Collaborating on human-centered IDEO/GV-style research, strategy, and design sprints for startups or innovation initiatives including
• Wirecutter Lists (6 months from a hunch to an alpha)
• Tertulia Books (6 months to create an MVP)
• an NDA AI venture (12 weeks to develop the consumer strategy for market-leading NLU/NLG technology)
• an NDA large bank (ongoing sprints to a 3-year roadmap)

2017 — 2019

Taught a 5-class intensive on the practice of interaction design for masters candidates and CE students.

2014 — 2017

Taught a 28-class graduate studio on user research, IXD, and prototyping; also advised on program curricula. Taught a 30-class undergraduate IXD studio on IXD (iOS + RWD); my curriculum was sent to their sister school in India as a model for the course.
