As a skilled Production designer and Front-end developer, I bring a unique perspective to the table. With my proficiency in technologies such as React.js, React Native, JavaScript, and Next.js, I am able to seamlessly bridge the gap between design and development. I am passionate about creating visually stunning and user-friendly experiences that not only meet but exceed expectations. I have had the pleasure of working on designs for some of the world's leading asset managers, including Generali, Boston Partners, Hermes, and JP Morgan, within the FinTech industry.
Work Experience
As the sole designer at Solve, I practised the implementation of end-to-end product design processes to provide the best digital experiences for users.

Projects
I had the opportunity to work as a Product Designer for Solve.money, a financial application that enables businesses to quickly apply for and get preapproved for loans. My goal was to improve the user experience for the platform's dashboard. To achieve this, I applied Jakob's Law, which states that users prefer websites to function similarly to other sites they are already familiar with. This approach helped me to create a more intuitive and seamless experience for the users of Solve.money.
I worked on a project as a freelancer Designer and Developer for a startup called Eventify by Evolutica Pty Ltd. I designed the user interface and I later went on to work as a React native UI developer.
Side Projects
React native quiz app, Quizflix tests your knowledge of some of the most popular TV series. Ideal for family fun and trivia nights with friends. Compete with others all around the world and get your name on top of the leaderboard!
This is my first side project built with react native, the app was able to suggest places and activities in cape town based on the weather of the day.
Volunteering
In addition to my professional pursuits, I have made it my personal mission to make a meaningful impact in the lives of orphans. Specifically, my focus has been on providing support for their back-to-school needs. This has included providing resources such as school supplies, uniforms, and financial assistance for tuition. I believe that every child deserves an equal opportunity for education, and I am passionate about making that a reality for orphans. I have dedicated a significant amount of my time and resources towards this cause and have been able to make a positive impact in the lives of many children. I am dedicated to continuing this mission and hope to inspire others to do the same.
