My role is to apply UX methodologies and techniques to the strategy, conception, design and performance of the product throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

• Meet with customers on a weekly basis to share feedback on the application, and gather feedback on designated new features.

- Handle customer support requests

UX/UI DESIGNER

Using lean UX and based on the customer feedback gathered by playing the role of customer satisfaction, I seek to build a coherent and innovative ecosystem.

PRODUCT DESIGNER

Combining the roles of customer satisfaction, designer (for over 10 years) and participant in business objectives, I align umaneo's objectives with those of customers to produce the best product and radically change the sales team's processes.
