Projects
A newly redesigned website will streamline the booking process; while added features like wait lists and e-check in will maximize DriveTest's ability to fulfill appointments and lessen centre wait times.
Our goal is to empower travellers to purchase flights in the quickest and most efficient way. We implement an informative and transparent purchase experience for travellers to feel confident in their flight purchase decisions.
This project is the reimagining of the Gmail stock email application that will optimize users' tasks and improve their overall experience using it daily.
Work Experience
• Conducted client consultations to understand client needs, identify key expectations and deliverables.
• Planned, prepared and directed on-site photoshoots to create bodies of work with effective storytelling and journalistic aesthetics.
• Demonstrated keen attention to detail by providing key digital deliverables, such as RAW files, colour correction and quality assurance of all creative deliverables.
• Demonstrated human-centred design thinking by creating new departmental tools and resources aimed at increasing and streamlining processes, resulting in increased satisfaction and improved SLA by 30%.
• Assessed entrepreneur’s business needs and identified suitable mentors and strategically partner through the mentorship program. Consistently achieving 40% of the department’s monthly target (155% of personal target).

sessions for initiatives, projects, clients, and administrative tasks.

between the National office, other external agencies, and the broader disability sector.

The Business – Human Resources program at George Brown College provides students with a practical approach to human resources management that prepares them for a variety of careers within this growing field.
Behavioural Science Technician is a two-year diploma program that provides you with an opportunity to study Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). This field of study helps prepare you for work that is often related to developmental disabilities, brain injuries, gerontology and behavioural disorders.
