Starting off as a junior trader and developing confidence in my strategy to then provide trade ideas and provide guidance for less experienced traders with ways to improve entries and phycology. This company provided the right mentorship from CPD accredited traders with 5 years+ in the market when first starting out.
Working as a supervisor in the most prestigious cricket stadium in the world allowed me to apply my team-work and leadership skills to stick to tight schedule and quick turnover of matches during the cricket season.
