Work Experience

2023 — Now

Designing and creating compelling landing pages, website elements, and marketing collateral that align with Rippling’s brand image and target audience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Brand, Marketing, Product, and Engineering, to develop and implement effective growth strategies. Conducting user research and leveraging data analytics to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences. Continuously exploring and implementing industry best practices and emerging design trends to stay ahead of the curve. Working closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translating them into visually stunning and conversion-focused designs. Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are met within agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.

2017 — Now

Research and identify issues during stakeholder meetings. Deliver branding systems. Design and prototype interfaces. Run design sprints. Launch products, scale sales and customer retention.

2021 — 2023

Concept fresh interactive design and campaign ideas for specific seasonal moments. Implementing required design deliverables throughout duration of project alongside other designers – from concept, to buildout, to staging – in various platforms (desktop, MOW, app, paid media). Work with the art director for design guidance and to ensure work is expertly crafted, on brief and on-brand. Form collaborative relationships with producers, writers, UX and developers. Create detailed specification documentation for handoff to development.

2021 — 2021

Concept, design and prototype client campaigns for development. Collaborate across disciplines on a daily basis, from copywriting to analytics to client services, while maintaining high standards and detailed execution.
