Following the acquisition of Intrepid, I lead a small group in jump-starting a new office in Houston, Texas. In addition to my role and responsibilities as a designer, I began focusing on mentorship, design talent sourcing, and team leadership. We grew our local design team from 2 to ~10 during this time.
