About
Bit of everything. I "wear many hats"
Writing
Wrote a case study on a client solution I developed using serverless functions, blob storage, & logic apps on Azure
Wrote about the micromobility sector to bring wider awareness during my time with Boongaloo
Awards
Used to be called USA Rugby Academic All-American which is a lot cooler. The requirements for the award included a GPA above 3.5 & starting more than half the matches for our top side.
Work Experience
Started an emerging technology studio with a great team. Split my time between managing and delivering client projects while also helping drive the development of our internal products and games. Our capabilites revolve around 3D Modeling, VR/AR, and experience design. I mostly keep the whole thing from falling apart and put out lots of fires.
Split my time between PM activites (requirements, wireframing, making pretty decks, & other client facing work) and more hands-on technical work. Mostly focused on cloud development, data engineering, and system design. Python & Go + MongoDB is my usual stack, with a variety of cloud platforms and services (Azure, Google, AWS + Docker, serverless, etc)
Co-founded micromobility startup with core product offering of mobile application & parking stations to solve issues for private micromobility users. Had to shut things down after certain gov't agencies got mad.
Campus hire in the Strategy & Analytics offering portfolio. I worked with Tableau, Azure, AWS, Python, and a lot of SQL. I was involved with the "Cloud Institute" which is how I got the AWS Associate Architect cert. Learned that I don't like meetings, but I do like working with data.
During my last couple years at FSU, I was able to work at an early stage emerging technology startup in Tallahassee. I did a variety of things (see "wear many hats"), but was primarily focused on product/project management, bizops, and overall growth. Did a lot of client facing work in areas like 3D modeling, VR & AR, and software development.
Education
Working on my master's in information systems. Course work revolves around analytics, systems development, & strategy
Undergraduate, double majored in entrepreneurship (Jim Moran School). Played sports, sometimes well. Allegedly graduated with honors if that means anything to you.
