Work Experience

2021 — Now
Toronto, ON

Designed a loyalty point redemption feature for an online grocery platform, leading to $5M+ in points redeemed within the first 30 days and a 37% improvement in customer sentiment.

Spearheaded a collaboration between Marvel and PC Express, developing a customer journey that achieved a 75% participation rate and generated $10.8M+ in sales for participating items.

Developed a batch grocery picking interface for Loblaws, achieving a 10% increase in units picked per hour nationwide.

2021 — 2022
Toronto, ON

Built a high-performing eCommerce site from the ground up, selling over 20+ units in the first week of launch. Led design critiques with Osme’s founder and Lead Brand Designer, creating a holistic site reflecting our values.

Conducted user interviews and usability testing, leveraging valuable user insight to increase customer acquisition on both mobile and desktop platforms.

2020 — 2021
Toronto, ON

Spearheaded a content, user experience, and visual overhaul of the Audi of America’s Certified Pre-owned program, resulting in an increase of 400 customers directed to their Used Inventory page. Conducted competitive research, analyzed heat maps, created low to high-fidelity prototypes, designed human centered iterations and presented final solutions to stakeholders.

Consulted with Audi’s Director of People on creating an empathetic and innovative Diversity and Inclusion page. Created personas and leveraged user-insight, resulting in positive feedback from potential Audi candidates.

Led WCAG compliance initiative by advocating for accessible CMS components (sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alt text, videos with closed captioning, etc.) in Adobe Experience Manager, with a cross-functional team of developers and designers.

2018 — 2018
Brampton, ON

Front-end Developer, Summer Intern at Region of Peel Municipality
Utilized HTML, CSS, and Javascript to redesign and redevelop peelregion.ca to current WCAG 2.0 and AODA Standards (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) for over 1.4 million citizens.

Constantly communicated user interface design improvements through sketches, mock-ups and wireframes, resulting in an accessible, organized and easy-to-use website. Strategized the information architecture of multiple pages, prioritizing main CTAs and efficient user-journeys.

Volunteering

Co-President at Institute of Communications Culture Information & Technology Council

ICCIT Council is the official Academic Society of the Communication, Culture & Information
Technology program at the University of Toronto Mississauga.

Led a team of 13 executives in planning over 20 relevant events for students.

Managed Creative Directors and spearheaded a marketing campaign (i.e. multi-sequence email campaigns, newsletters, etc.) for University of Toronto’s first ever Creative Case Competition.
