I worked directly with clients to define requirements, key metrics, and develop strategies to achieve their goals, while designing and developing both low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, Framer, XD, and Webflow. I designed, developed, and launched business and e-commerce websites focused on increasing engagement, acquisition, and lead generation through strong SEO and analytics performance. Additionally, I developed various assets, provided UX design insights, and enabled multiple businesses to enhance their online presence.

I led projects focused on launching new business ventures, optimizing processes, and introducing new client services, working closely with the operations and managing directors. My responsibilities included defining requirements, planning and tracking projects, creating milestones and KPIs, and designing and implementing new operational processes. Additionally, I sourced vendors, created technical documentation, provided high-level reports to stakeholders, designed an e-commerce business, created marketing materials, and executed advertising campaigns.
