• Revitalized Saportif Technology through the successful deliveries of multiple enterprise-level, tailored solutions for clients from various countries, consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding clients’ standards. Led the expansion into a developing organization with 10+ new developers, a broad global client base and significant revenue growth.
• Orchestrated cross-functional collaboration between teams of developers, engineers and designers, providing leadership in project architecture, SQL structure, UI/UX design, security, authentication, and CI/CD pipelines. • Architected and developed Megnoy, an AI-driven ERP and CRM automation platform, boosting business process efficiency by 50% through customizable workflows and AI-powered analytics with Power BI.
• Led the technology selection and stack setup, utilizing TypeScript, Node.js with Express.js, React, Tailwind CSS, MSSQL, and Power BI, among others, to deliver a robust and scalable solution.
• Upgraded to a multi-tenant architecture to accommodate increasing client numbers, leading to Megnoy quickly replacing existing CRM and ERP applications for our clients, resulting in a 40% reduction in onboarding time.

• Led the development of an “Economic Dashboard” a FinTech application for the Qatar Ministry of Finance with the help of McKinsey & Company, streamlining data collection and analysis processes for several important companies and ministries. Utilized .Net Core, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), Entity Framework, and Power BI to deliver a robust solution that exceeded client expectations.
• Successfully integrated the application with the Ministry of Finance's infrastructure, passing extensive security tests with a 100% grade. Implemented a proxy method for embedding self-hosted Power BI reports. Designed the UI/UX in Figma to align with design guidelines, ensuring an accessible experience in Arabic and English.
• Received widespread acclaim for the application's impact, which eliminated the need for manual data gathering and analysis while improving reporting process efficiency by %90. Led a remote team of developers and engaged in regular discussions with MoF Qatar to enhance features and functionalities, resulting in a highly successful implementation.
Volunteering
Volunteered in the collaborative effort at e-NABLE Turkey to produce a 3D printed prosthetic hand for children, contributing to the global mission of "Giving the World a Helping Hand" through open-source designs and digital humanitarian initiatives.
