As a senior designer, I was responsible for the design for all the company's products. And also, for the design of the mobile app for evacuation and the offline kiosk at the reception.

I was involved in:

• Designing user expirience form idea concepts to wireframes and prototyping, to design and implementation;

• Created wireframes & high-fidelity prototypes;

• Testing our interfaces on focus groups;

• Interviweving;

• Work acriss iOS and Web platforms;

• Product design for multiple products (Facility, Delivery, Security, Emergency & Workforce);

• Introduction of design metrics, improvement of design processes within the team, systematisation of workflows;

• Created design system department that was allocated across 3 countries. Mentored 4 designers;

• Created design system which used team of 16 designers and 30+ developers and have impact of saving ~1,000h monthly of work for 5 product teams (iOS, Web).
