As the User Experience Design Lead and Researcher at NOAA and the Global Sciences Lab, I spearhead the development of a cutting-edge web application designed to assist National Weather Service (NWS) forecasters and vital partners in intelligently analyzing weather data for improved risk assessment and decision-making.

  • Conducting extensive user research to understand the unique needs and pain points of NWS forecasters and key partners, ensuring the web application addresses their requirements.
