Megamarket by Samokat is one of the largest e-commerce marketplaces in Russia with 20 million unique visitors, 10,000 sellers, and 10 million products.

Accomplishments:
✦ Designed new B2B Promotion features and tools to increase merchant engagement rate and share of promotion in GMV.
✦ Improved the merchant registration flow on the marketplace to increase registration to activation conversion by 15% and reduce merchant time to market by 2.5 days.
✦ Designed features for the product management system that reduced TTM for new product cards.
✦ In collaboration with marketing and product, redesigned landing page to attract more merchants, which increased registration conversion.

My role:
✦ Collaborated with Product Managers and business analysts of departments to identify crucial functional requirements. Presented and defended my solutions to them.
✦ Interacted with front-end and back-end developers. Conducted design reviews on test environments from the frontend stages to release, following the handoff of layouts and their implementation.
✦ Conducted brief UX-research sessions with B2B users. For more in-depth research, I collaborated with UX researchers: developed prototypes, proposed hypotheses, and participated in interviews as an observer.
✦ Facilitated new designer onboarding, explained the interactions among various B2B products. It resulted in rapid understanding of the product's high-level structure, enabling quick orientation and knowledge of colleagues' design focus.

City projects is a non-profit foundation, advocating for comfortable urban environments: attractive public spaces, modern urban transport, accessible infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists.

✦ TTM for printed agitation ranged from 1 to 4 days, including printing.
✦ Designed landing page for call center recruitment, resulting in 100+ hires in 7 days.
✦ Created CRM system for 1000+ agitators for efficient route planning.
