  • Designed a comprehensive solution for Indian startups to effortlessly incorporate in both the US and India, automating compliance management, and managing tax payment processes efficiently.
  • Built the foundational design system that ensures visual consistency and user-friendly interfaces across the platform
  • Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between engineering, operations, product, and legal in a complex cross-border financial environment.
  • Conducted user research and gathered insights to refine the product experience, resulting in interfaces that are easy to understand and act upon.

  • Led the product vision and orchestrated the roadmap for the visual and audio experiences on the Ola S1 Pro. This involved crafting an intuitive and captivating user journey that resonated with the acquired market, valued at over $112 million.
  • Conceptualized and spearheaded the development of a dynamic widgets ecosystem, effectively enhancing the riding experience for more than 70,000 daily active users (DAUs). This ecosystem provided insightful real-time information along with contributing to a heightened level of functionality.
  • Strategically aligned initiatives to achieve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets of 50 and 75%, respectively. Through meticulously planned user experience enhancements, we aimed to surpass user expectations and secure their loyalty.
  • Projected a substantial revenue increase of approximately 8% by implementing a monetization strategy that involved offering a curated assortment of moods and leveraging enhanced discoverability to drive additional sales. This approach capitalized on users' emotional engagement and desire for personalized experiences.

  • Conceptualized and meticulously designed the MVP of Ola Dash, a Q-commerce vertical, from the ground up with an approach rooted in comprehensive user research, insightful stakeholder workshops, and rigorous competitive analysis. This foundation ensured that the product resonated seamlessly with user needs while offering a unique value proposition.
  • Took the lead in devising a compelling merchandising roadmap that significantly elevated user engagement. This strategic direction led to the attainment of a remarkable milestone: a peak of 50,000 daily orders.
  • Revamped the user journey within Ola Dash, resulting in an impressive 19% upswing in the conversion funnel. By optimizing touchpoints and removing friction points, we streamlined the user experience, propelling users towards successful transactions.
  • Orchestrated a series of initiatives to enhance discoverability, which in turn fueled a notable 12% revenue growth. By ensuring that users could effortlessly find desired products, we created an environment conducive to increased sales and repeat business.

Product Designer at Ola
  • Crafted wireframes, user flows, and user interfaces that formed the foundation of the Ola Foods vertical, an online food delivery app. Through a user-centric approach, I designed an intuitive and engaging platform that facilitated seamless food ordering experiences for users.
  • Engineered the order batching flow, introducing an operational optimization that led to a remarkable 20% reduction in delivery costs per order. By consolidating multiple orders for efficient route planning, we achieved substantial savings and a more sustainable delivery model.
  • Strategically tackled the challenge of rider unavailability cancellations by designing and implementing an efficient order batching system. This resulted in improved operational efficiency, decreased cancellations, and a more reliable delivery experience for customers.
  • Focused on enhancing the checkout experience, orchestrating a series of initiatives that contributed to a commendable 17% reduction in funnel drop at the checkout step. By identifying and addressing friction points, we streamlined the path to completion, ensuring a smoother conversion process.
