DEX Weekly

I did three major things in OPPO:

* Figma management: Helping the team migrate from Sketch to Figma, including staff training, writing documents, helping the OnePlus team merge with OPPO, configuring SSO, feedback, and meeting with the Figma team.

* Design Tooling: Leading the design and development of icon platforms, a set of all-platform icon management tools used internally by the company.

* Figma plugins: Designed and developed a number of plugins for internal use, some of the plugin functions are under development and have been transferred to colleagues for responsibility.

# Figma Plugins

Through exploration and discussion, we designed and developed some plugins for our internal needs.

Being the sole UX and UI designer in this project, my role was to design and lead developers. I used co-design techniques to involve all design teams in the design process so all had ownership of the final product.

# Icon Platform

My role was to design and lead the development of the icon platform. We partnered with our engineering team, designed and developed our website, client apps, and desktop app. We also developed a Figma plugin to connect all backend data, so designers can easily import icons without leave Figma.

I only selected recent works and designed them in Figma, coz tons of really old design works are still lying in Photoshop and Sketch, which I won't install anymore:)
