Leading design for a sophisticated customer care service for UK-based e-vehicles startup. Started from research and concepts and to a full web-app.

Worked on web, iOS, and Android application for a navigational service Yandex.Maps. My focus was primarily on a brand-new discovery stream, which should have helped city dwellers find amazing places in a city and spent weekends with more joy.

Led all design for a Yandex.Telephony application. It connected business and customers, and also had smart analytics. We acquired few thousands MAU of premium users with a good retention. I was responsible for a new Flutter app we built from scratch, as well for a web app and internal services.

Launched a TV, Tablet, and voice-first application for city activities from scratch. We went from few thousand to tens of thousands MAU, with a reasonable conversion to monetized features. I conducted numerous interviews, UX testing, and even led a few creative sessions with my team — all to find the best solutions possible.

Mentored 5 students on the way to create a mobile applications from scratch. Helped them find the right market fit, conduct interviews, and sketch ideas. We went from prototypes and all the way to high-fidelity mockups with presentation for possible investors.

As a part of a small cross-functional team, I was helping to tweak features related to personal loans on iOS and Android fintech application.
