Work Experience
Zeddpay is a startup that enables users make payments and access other financial services with airtime. That is, a product that enables users to convert their airtime to a digital asset and use it to make payments and access various financial services.
As the head of designs at Zeddpay, I'm in charge of managing the visual and creative endeavors of the startup.
Some of my achievements are as follows;
- Singlehandedly designed the mobile app and website for the product, ensuring that both were visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand's overall aesthetic.
- Worked closely with the head of products and developers to understand their needs and requirements, and incorporated their feedback into the design process.
- Collaborated with the head of growth and brand designer to create promotional materials, such as ads, emails, and social media posts, that reflected the brand's visual identity and messaging.
- Managed relationships with external contractors, such as freelance motion graphics designer to ensure that his work was aligned with the brand's standards and goals.
Abacus is a product that helps users combine their financial accounts and also enables them to easily move their money from one account to another, pay bills, and see all their transactions, expenses, etc. collectively for better tracking and analysis.
It also enables users to get useful insights like total spending, inflow, earnings, fees, etc. so that they can have a bird’s-eye view of their financial activities.
What I did as a contract web designer at Abacus.
- Designed the current landing page
- Collaborated with the product team to ensure that the landing page design aligned with the company's overall brand standards.
