Work Experience
Revamping both WorkSpan's enterprise product and multiple embedded applications involved redefining their essence. My responsibilities spanned from introducing new illustrations and interactions within the B2B landscape to completely overhauling various segments of the application.
As the founding designer, my scope of work expanded from establishing the application's design system to comprehending user behaviors and defining personas. Ultimately, my role culminated in delivering an inclusive experience, simplifying climate data navigation for a broad audience.
My role primarily focused on improving the chatbot creation wizard, a key performance indicator for the company's web app. I concentrated on refining the UI components.

Incorporating illustrations within the B2B realm isn't merely about injecting vibrant graphics into empty spaces. It entails a comprehensive exploration of user emotions at various interaction points, analyzing accessibility, use cases, delight, and more. This process precedes the strategic integration of illustrations, emphasising storytelling within the design.
Developing a GIS application to visualise diverse climate datasets and their evolving impact necessitated a profound grasp of the datasets, user personas, and the varied effects of climate change on different user groups. It demanded precise representation of diverse datasets and vigilant monitoring of accessibility throughout the graphic-intensive UI.
