Led the product strategy which grew the user base of instagram.com to 420M monthly active users and over 2B daily devices; established team within the Business organization to turn instagram.com into a $1B product by the end of 2023.
Grew Instagram Web from a team of eight engineers to an organization of 35. Support three teams, including directly supporting three managers and senior ICs:

Web Product: Developing the core product experience of Instagram Web on mobile and desktop devices.

Web Infra: Developing the core infrastructure (e.g. routing, data fetching, build and deployment, etc.) and enabling high performance, reliability, and efficiency of the site.

Bloks.js: A home-grown, cross-platform framework that enables code sharing between mobile and web.
Created two additional teams throughout the Instagram organization: the Equity team (which evangelizes equitable product development across the entire app) and the Accessibility team.
Serve as the Site Lead for Front End Engineering hiring across New York, Boston, and DC; created the Instagram Women in Engineering Summit, which is now run annually.
Promoted from Front End Software Engineer to Engineering Manager to Senior Engineering Manager.
