For agencies and start-ups in times of transition.

As a seasoned managing/operations director, I am using my decade of agency experience to drive agencies and start-ups through times of transition. I'm active at the intersection of operations, business, and culture to help companies organise, empathise, and grow.

During my time at Kryha, I led the company toward a more mature phase in its existence.

  1. Company strategy
To guide all efforts for the years to come, we defined a new long-term strategic direction, positioning, mission statement, founding principles, and a roadmap toward implementation.

  2. Operations
To be scaleable for future growth, we professionalised the operations by restructuring how teams collaborate, moving knowledge from top-of-mind to central repositories, and implementing Productive to manage operations.

  3. Business development
To diversify the business, we initiated and implemented new sales propositions, improved internal business development collaboration, and aligned our marketing efforts with the new company strategy.

  4. Culture
To safeguard the unique culture of Kryha in times of change, we collaborated on a culture code that codifies who we are and what we stand for while keeping team members informed and engaged in a growing company.

Rethinking retail with Tommy Touch at Momkai

The global strategy team of Tommy Hilfiger invited Momkai to be part of their Store Innovation program. Together we conceptualised and designed the unique Tommy Touch. This in-store digital shopping fixture combines the ease of online shopping with the tactile experience that physical stores bring.

Project- & Product Management

To reward the pros who make everybody else’s legendary nights out possible, Red Bull organises Red Monday parties. Held around the world, they’re meant to be the perfect nights out for bar staff who’ve worked hard all weekend. But Red Monday had lost its edge. Momkai created a holistic brand identity to re-energise this industry-only initiative.

Project Management

Bugaboo has been revolutionising the world of stroller design since its inception in 1999. On a mission to do the same for the company’s digital brand presence, Bugaboo and Momkai implemented a fully fledged e-commerce strategy and built new digital platforms aimed at its global audience.
