• Responsible for designing their B2B dashboard ‘Chargeconnect’ and mobile app.
• Worked on briefs to improve the dashboard experience and help solve customer pain points.
• Designed 3D icons to use as assets for their visual library.

Designed a whole new responsive website for their startup.

• Collaborated with the lead designer on two 0-1 startup apps. Participated in the design process from the concept phase all the way to the live launch.
• Designed wireframes and high-fidelity UI screens of the BeeMoto: Driver App. Delivered the MVP of the app design.
• Responsible for redesigning the Koshex App (Y Combinator) to a new style guide. Delivered redesigned components and some new screens for the app.

Successfully dealt with Flipkart (E-commerce platform) customers as a call center executive wherein I learned the art of convincing and connecting with customers. Provided solutions for their post-delivery and app-related issues.

Was responsible for writing copies and captions for more than 6 clients' social media and marketing campaigns. I also did proofreading and editing of similar work in the writing team.
