Currently leading the direction of two large greenfield projects alongside the Product Owners by creating and driving a UCD approach. Leading other designers on the direction to take on one project, whilst being hands on designer with the other.

As the Lead for instore experiences, I work with the wider business to drive an outcome based way of working, ensuring we build the right things which ladder up to business goals and customer needs.
