Work Experience
With over 15 years of experience in digital brand and product design, I have evolved into a strategic partner for startups and small teams, bringing a holistic, pragmatic approach to elevate their brand and user experience. My hands-on collaboration maximizes resources and drives growth across all stages of development and user touchpoints.
Leading the UX Design Process for the continuous evolution of the Wikinger travel platform and it's digital processes front- and back-end. Scope includes user research, analytics, stakeholder alignment, designmentoring, design-systems creation and management.
Besides it's core platform I also lead the branding process of it's byproduct WYLDAWAY including strategic workshops, naming, brand-design, creative direction & branding, digital product design
As the Lead Brand Designer and Creative Consultant, I have governed the comprehensive digital transformation of the company since 2020. My role encompasses guiding the brand’s evolution across all digital touchpoints, with a strong focus on the website and e-commerce platform. I have led the entire brand transformation process, from name development and branding workshops to brand design and strategy execution. Additionally, I lead the implementation and design for the company's e-commerce launch on shopify, oversee ongoing management of the online shop, optimizing user experience, design, and strategy while coordinating external partners, including SEO consultants and other key stakeholders.
Conception, design & consulting for digital products and services of Innogy AG (Now E.ON).
As a centralised instance for the development of digital products and services within the Innogy Group, we have driven forward digital innovation projects together with stakeholders, carried out design sprints, designed and implemented validatable MVPs using rapid prototyping.
