Veteran UX design professionals craft the UX Design Immersive course at General Assembly, sharing their best practices and worst mistakes that fully prepares students to transition to a successful career in user experience design. The immersive course, in particular, educates a complete, enriching understanding of UX design at a demanding 400-hour pace that not only educates the core process but also prepares students for intense, real-world working conditions.

During this course, I mastered how to:

• Conduct, synthesize, and implement user research tactics & findings to gain a deeper understanding of what users need and want
• Design a digital product that behaves intuitively and brings joy and function to users
• Visual design in order to make functional & beautiful digital products
• Document and explain the design process through the use of sketches, wireframes, designs, prototypes, and presentations
• Collaborate with design teams to see a project from start to finish
