I do this using enterprise-level team and project mgt apps, and I am a skilled administrator in practically all modern apps commercially available. The leading service vendor in this realm is Atlassian, and I am an expert in using JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crowd, Statuspage, etc. and effectively integrating these apps with each other and others. * Configure, maintain, and provide support for administration for JIRA, Confluence and respective add-ons.

* Write advanced JQL (Jira Query Language) filters and use it to develop filters, dashboards, and reports -- including the use of gadgets, widgets, and add-ons' custom fields.

* Design custom JIRA workflows, and build custom JIRA automations and queries that can be integrated with other systems.

* Plan, evaluate, deploy, operate and maintain tools to suit an expanding userbase.

* Provide training to technical and non-technical teams to use Atlassian tools.

* Standardize Confluence Spaces and pages for better searchability.

* Compile and analyze development and operational bug reports for continuous improvements. Identify and address these areas of improvement to reduce manual cost, time, and potential for human error.

* Collaborate with cross-functional service teams including Security, Compliance, IT, Engineering, Operations, etc.
