I wanted to wait a few days before sharing (allow Spotify wrapped to clear the feeds).
Just wrapped up a survey with 38 incredible designers, uncovering trends and nuances in the state of design right now. From effective crits to diverse team dynamics.
There were some interesting findings in there. The most humorous to me was seeing design as a subscription get a mention for trends we're not liking!
This is the first part of an ongoing report. I wanted to keep this one very open and adapt it moving forward based on feedback & to see what questions people are most interested in.
