Starting of my carreer at Nike I became an expert through serving in several e-commerce roles for 7 years. This mase made me the perfect player to take on esponsible for setting up the customer loyalty and omnichannel strategy for the Jordan brand. With the Nike Membership and the Nike and Nike SNKRS app, there was a strategy that paid out for Nike. At Jordan I was leading the team that had to built everything from scratch, based on the same blueprint. Reaching double-digit growth year-on-year two years after I joined.

2019 — 2021

Responsible for leading the Jordan brand vision, assortment strategy and Membership on Nike.com, Nike App and across EMEA stores (owned and franchise) while delivering premium consumer journeys. Created marketing and commercial strategies that achieved KPIs and drove conversion by leveraging trends, competitor, consumer insights and advanced analytics.

  • Doubled the business in FY20 and by overachieving financial targets and digital. growth objectives.

  • Led a consumer centric product and assortment strategy in EMEA against market segments, digital buying personas and overachieving financial targets and digital growth objectives.

  • Built profitable seasonal buy plans and planned assortment depth which overachieved business targets.

  • Led product lifecycle on Nike.com and managed markdown process and close-out seasonality.

  • Created seasonal brand initiatives, commercial calendars and enabled product launches to increase revenues, average order value and drive traffic & conversion.

  • Reviewed competitive websites to evaluato site merchandising strategies, promotional tactics, consumer experience, and product presentation then translated findings into executable online programs.

  • Led in-season trade by creating action plans. and marketing initiatives targeting consumer insights, product opportunities and inventory levels which improved business KPIs.
