About

I'm a Seattle-based product designer passionate about craft, visual design, and storytelling. Currently I work at UpTop, a design consultancy, where I collaborate with diverse teams to create thoughtful, user-centered solutions. Clients I've worked with include Amazon Lockers, Logitix, and Archbright. Previously, I worked on Returns at Amazon.

Projects

2025
Amazon Lockers (Contract)

Amazon Lockers are package lockers equipped with screens, offering customers a secure and convenient delivery location.

As an embedded designer within the Amazon Lockers team, I led the design of locker screen interfaces and workflows to improve the customer pickup and driver delivery experience. Collaborating closely with product, hardware, and engineering teams, I focused on creating seamless, intuitive interactions and an inclusive experience. While project details remain under NDA, my work ensured an optimized experience aligned with Amazon's high standards for innovation, customer satisfaction, and accessibility.

2024
Logitix Mobile App

I led the design of the Logitix One mobile app to drive customer adoption and increase ticket sales revenue. Logitix One is a platform that enables ticket sellers to efficiently manage inventory, monitor market trends, access event insights, and fulfill orders.

As the sole designer, I translated key features from the desktop web app into an intuitive native mobile experience. By conducting customer interviews, I gained valuable insights into customer behavior and identified mobile use cases for ticket management. I defined critical features such as the Event Page, pricing tools, inventory management, and mass ticket editing, ensuring seamless interactions and engaging visual design. These features, along with pricing simplifications, empowered sellers to manage and price tickets on the go, enhancing their productivity and experience.

2024
Mozzo Web App

I led the redesign of Archbright's human resources platform, Mozzo, to increase customer engagement and satisfaction. Mozzo is an extensive collection of HR, safety, and legal resources and employee training videos provided by Archbright. When I started the project, the platform suffered from an outdated interface, inconsistent design, and poor navigation.

I overhauled the platform’s navigation and information architecture, introducing a consistent design system, cohesive color palette, and modern visual language. Leveraging customer feedback and qualitative data, I redesigned key pages such as the Dashboard, Video Training Library, and Job Description Builder to improve usability, accessibility, and visual consistency. These updates addressed customer pain points and increased engagement with the platform.

2021
Adora Web App

During COVID-19, I led design of Adora's web app to allow high school students to take virtual college campus tours.
