Words are easy to type, and I could spend a fair amount of time flattering myself with smooth prose, but I'd rather list a few highlights that I've achieved together with my product teams over the past 10+ years:

👉 designed one of Google's Apps of the Year, as well as Apple's App of the Day multiple times
👉 led the creation of Uptime's monetisation strategy and stabilised the Conversion Rate after a ~90% drop during a period of price hikes
👉 increased Uptime's user notification acceptance rate by 686%
👉 saved British Gas upwards of £700k/year during their digital transformation project
👉 improved the NPS score for British Gas by ~25%
👉 designed an MVP for an Indonesian start-up that went on to raise $45m in funding
👉 helped luxury retailer DFS reduce the time it takes to publish content from ~10 days to only two
👉 helped Danish SaaS company iPaper double its growth during my two years with them
👉 designed the first Pay with Google developer website (now Google Pay)
👉 created and maintained design systems for over 10 products.

Worked on digital products from early research and strategy all the way to interaction, visuals, and product roadmapping. Also led product teams, pitched new business, supported younger designers, and helped Beyond transition to a product design agency.
