I'm a Software QA/Test Engineer with expansive experience in transforming business requirements into risk & context-driven implementations that mitigate software risks, improve user satisfaction, and prevent reputational & financial loss.
I have spent the last 12+ years in Nigeria's tech ecosystem working on 250+ Fintech, RegTech, Ed-Tech, HealthTech, EnterpriseTech and TravelTech products (APIs, Web, Mobile, Microservices), through 1500+ test lifecycles.
My commitment is evident in my contributions to building reputable industry applications like CentralPay, CMMS, mCASH, ICAD, eBillsPay, I'm Alive, GSI, BVN, & NIP from quality & process perspectives.
My career has witnessed some historical moments - like when I certified Nigeria's first Android POS and tested the Biometric Authentication API for interbank ATM & PoS transactions.
My expertise has directly benefitted the Federal Government of Nigeria, the Nigerian Stock Exchange, MTN, Kenya's IPSL, West African Examination Council, Reddington Hospital, Union Bank, Wema Bank, Diamond Bank, GTBank (in Nigeria, Ivory Coast, & Kenya), Forte Oil etc.
I have interacted with applications (via integrations and testing) from across the African continent & beyond - MOHOIS (Ghana), EU Mobile, Orange Money (Cameroon), Airtel Money (Kenya), FawryPay (Egypt), Zynle (Zambia), Amole (Ethiopia), Zapper, FNB (South Africa), WorldPay (USA) etc.

Work Experience
In Passpoint, I lead quality initiatives that lead to substantial cost savings and revenue loss prevention, while being involved in setting up processes for tech support operations to ensure user satisfaction.
Provided subject matter expertise in Software Quality for M-KOPA's applications (including web portals, microservices, APIs and mobile apps) while carrying out different types of testing to ensure the release of high-quality software.
Played a lead role and introduced tangible structural improvements in the form of quality processes and standards for testing Flutterwave's backend.
Worked with technical leadership to shift NIBSS QA/STLC away from 'manual only' testing while applying Agile Testing techniques and Scrum to improve Enterprise Software Quality.
Kickstarted NIBSS’ digital transformation journey by laying the foundation for the adoption of DevOps and Agile methodologies, while setting up optimised application support and operations processes within the enterprise.
Was part of a three-man team that served the Nigerian financial sector vis-a-vis ensuring high quality on several platforms used by financial institutions, non-financial institutions, and the general public.
Collaborated with the software engineers to ensure that the products the company built for its pan-African clients aligned with business requirements and software defects were promptly resolved.
Conducted software testing, formal and informal product design reviews throughout the company’s SDLC to provide feedback on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential issues - on award-winning web applications.
