My background in engineering makes me a systems thinker who naturally gravitates towards strategy and product problems. I believe collaboration and feedback are critical to building a good product. Outside of work, I'm a mother and photographer based in Dublin, CA.

Helping companies of various sizes reach their product and design goals. Projects vary but include collaborating with founders to establish MVPs, providing in-house product design support, assisting with user research, setting up design and mentorship processes and design system consultations.

Design lead for Gem reporting product. Led product design from ideation through the launch of Gem Dashboard templates to improve retention and adoption with current and new customers on the reporting platform.
Design lead for Handshake's EDU marketplace. Improved career services experience to easily view relevant employer insights to signal boost an employer to a subset of their students.
Focused on the core product, the Web App. Led the redesign of the web app navigation to enhance wayfinding and improve discoverability and usability of project and model-level information. Created a design system to empower cross-functional teams to autonomously deliver new features while increasing the overall cohesiveness of the platform and speeding up feature delivery.
Led end-to-end experience design for an automotive retail dealership. Collaborated with executives, including CEO, Engineering Architect, and PM, in developing a product growth strategy for mobile and web applications. Some of the key initiatives are leading user research and communicating insights to shape long-term product strategy, developing internal design initiatives, and building modular component libraries.
Led strategic redesign of onboarding funnel to handle "personalized" end-user deployments at scale. Increased end-user adoption and engagement metrics to date. Facilitated and led the creation of a scalable component library and style guide for efficient build-out of future initiatives.
Redesigned global customer and partner user experiences, including product licensing, product downloads, and subscription management, generated $240M in new revenue while reducing operating costs by more than $5M annually. Created a cohesive design system, maintained the component library, and created design specifications for engineering partners.
Led redesign for a multi-million-dollar Google enterprise product, focusing on simplifying payment sign-up for advertiser workflow. Designed the first generation of the Walmart iOS app for various features such as Product Checkout (cart), store-Navigation, Lists, Local Ads, Coupons, and Product detail page.
