*One of my very favorite mobile app UI designs I made in the last few years. Overall a great concept with very suitable features. After we won the pitch and started working on the project for a few months, it, unfortunately, got canceled. Nevertheless, I don't want to withhold the case from you, here you go:*

The customer is thus individually accompanied throughout his or her user journey. The app becomes a shopping guide that inspires and consults. This leads to an emotional experience and thus strengthens the customer's buying decision.

**WWZ is moving into the future with clarity, orientation, and proximity.**

WWZ AG has been supplying customers in the canton of Zug and other regions with water and electricity since 1878. Today, the offer includes gas, heating, cooling, and telecommunications. Notch Interactive has designed a completely new website for WWZ and thus set another milestone for the history of WWZ. A new user-centric design and simplified information architecture create optimized user journeys and a top-notch user experience.

### **The Platform**

WWZ's website is state of the art: it is clearly and simply structured and supports customers in an emotional way, e.g. with the Conversational Assistant. A quick search offers users relevant results before they have even clicked Enter. Visitors can find the product they need in just a few clicks and, if they wish, are taken directly to the ordering process. In addition, the website's own blog provides exciting stories and interesting information about energy and sustainability.

### **Ivy – A conversational UI**

The Assistant communicates with users and takes them directly and quickly to their desired destination in the form of a conversational user interface. (Motion UI made in Adobe After Effects):

### **Entertaining 3D product worlds**

On the WWZ website, a series of 3D visual animations bring the abstract product world and range of services to life. Animated in loops they give joy to all users.

The core of the fresh website is the store finder. Completely tailored to the needs of customers and of course, mobile-first optimized. The simple and intuitive navigation and the reduced structure make migrolino.ch a fast and useful information platform. This means that the nearest stores, including route planners, opening hours, current promotions and offers, services, or even specific information such as e-charging stations, can be displayed and found in a short time.

The new design is complemented by the shot migrolino moments, the newly developed icons, and the bold typography. The UX construction kit is available to the other migrolino brands mio and migrolino AG, which also underwent a relaunch. For even more emotionality and individual moments of enjoyment. migrolino - the convenience house of Migros.

### **Lights off**

The switch from light to dark mode is automatic depending on the system setting and offers an optimal user experience for all lighting conditions.
