👋 Hi there, I'm Collin—a dedicated dad, loving husband, and generalist designer who dove into the product management.

My primary goal is enhancing software solutions that provide real value in people's lives.

I enjoy making people laugh and smile. Besides that, my interests include running, tattoos, music, sports, organization and research.

2021 — Now

Remote

Defined, launched and templatized the first beta test in recent history that helped shaped the Profit Rhino integration and had 100% customer beta process satisfaction.
Helped create, launch and track an integration with Service Fusion and Profit Rhino that has brought in and increased avg MRR in our core industries.
After receiving feedback from customers have prioritized updated to help enhance the integration and have worked with marketing to increase leads.
Started the initial design, launch phases and product requirements for an integration with Service Fusion and PulseM.
Provided design and concept support for a Trane and Service Fusion leads integration.
Contribute on an EverCommerce Product committee that helps conceptualize, define and review product requirements for shared features among Service related SaaS platforms.
Created and supported GTM efforts which have included webinars, email communications and in app customer messaging for product updates, partnerships and integrations.
Continue to develop our feedback partners program and best practices for soliciting customer feedback on product initiatives.
Currently leading efforts and defining the process for modernizing Service Fusion web platform.
Vice President of the Get Booked Book Club, established in March 2021 that includes the following organizations: Service Fusion, Profit Rhino, Callahan Roach, KickServ and Service Nation.

Vestal, NY

Recruited to establish consistency in design and workflow experience for a contractor-oriented SaaS platform.
Project managed with interdepartmental stakeholder and developers (FTE and overseas) to prioritize and deliver consistent product updates and platform modernization to users.
Assisted in the integration of a customer data analytics tool to help us understand our users and their behaviors better.
Made updates to a legacy import/export system to help facilitate content import integrations with FSMs.
Served as a member of the Culture Club in 2021.

2014 — 2020

Binghamton, NY

Joined as Junior Graphic Designer, becoming the first full-time employee at a newly established branding agency.
Helped define structure around onboarding new employees, working with remote contractors to project management and team culture.
Designed everything from brand guidelines and logos to t-shirts and intranets.
Progressed roles to Graphic Designer and subsequently to Designer and Developer over the years.
Specialized in contributing to the development, rejuvenation, and expansion of client brands and their digital footprints.
Worked with notable clients including CAT Lights, Amphenol IPC, Chloe Capital, and Motili.
