During my time studying in design school, I started my career at a small web design studio. Within a few years, the studio expanded into an agency with multiple partnerships across San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Austin, London, and Sydney. During my tenure, I transitioned from project manager to designer, then head of design, and finally partner at the agency.

This program taught me how to solve complex growth problems and drive results from acquisition and retention to user psychology and habit formation.
