About
I'm Val, The talking Beaver. Generalist Game Designer and UX/UI Designer. In addition, I have proven experience in the LATAM indie gaming industry and e-learning. Some games I designed before were for game jams or game n' tech studios. Also, I'm Women in Games Ambassador and Mentor of IGDA. Work Experience
There was a special idle game, based on a civilization construction in the universe, the art was comfy and cute. You are the manager of the universe, so you can buy and upgrade buildings, delete mentors, win money with Mr sun and make Minims rest with the moon. For UI I use Adobe Illustrator and for prototyping Adobe XD. Also, the mechanics are based on economic growth in Excel.

Cris Tales is an RPG videogame based in Colombia made in Unity, so have a lot of references for this fantastic country. Also, have some easter eggs of classic RPGs as Final fantasy or Breavery default. For this game I was in charge of the internal shops prices based on the narrative and grind of the dungeons, weapons upgrades prices, also the testing to find bugs and report them, balance bosses for the special battles ( levels and what they give as reward) and chests rewards around the map and select the voiceovers for the characters Matias, Crisbel, Cristopher and more. We use Articy, Unity and microsoft excel and world.
Héroes congelados: I design and animate the characters in adobe photoshop as puppets and things that are easy for children to understand through simple art puzzles with 2d scenarios that I paint in Photoshop, and with the development team we used Unity to do it and send it to the event. This is a simple game, but it was a valuable experience.
Neon STAR_: As part of the generalistic work, I done the market research, person ux models, gamer interviews, UX person and the GDD on this game. This was thought on the classic wood ball labyrinth but with a cyberpunk aesthetic. I do the prototype on Adobe XD for the position of UI, and Illustrator for creating the levels, my inspiration for the levels was the nature of my walking route to the studio office. For the develpment we used unity.
