About

With 13 years in the design and tech industry, I've worked across many industries and a range of company sizes. Skilled in UI/UX, user research, product development, leadership, and strategic decision-making. I can think on my feet and can quickly turn open ended ideas into prototypes and high fidelity mockups.

I'm drawn to teams that foster collaboration, are data driven, build empathy for the people they serve, and where I can make a significant impact. I'm particularly interested in opportunities within early-stage startups or innovative companies where I can contribute to shaping the product vision from the ground up.

Machine Learning App

The very first mobile project I ever worked on was in 2012. A friend needed to design an app to support his research for his degree in Machine Learning.

I worked with him to design an app that would allow someone to read a document, highlight text, and apply labels to the highlighted text. This helped him build a machine learning model.

Writing

Feedback on your work is important for every designer. I wrote about some of the ways our team makes our Design Critiques the most effective. Each part of this series offers guidance and best practices on the different aspects of a design critique meeting.
