As a technical leader, I have experience creating, maintaining and applying Design System strategies for large Brazilian companies.
Work Experience
Become the technical leader to the designers of the Design System team, lead the strategy for the migration of the previous Design System to the new one, defined the team planning with the manager, led and co-creations and definition of design patterns for the company products, also planned and applied strategies for the redesign of the mobile app.
I did some research and interviews to understand the scenario, pain points and expectations, co-created, planned and validate solution and roadmaps, implemented the strategies, created and maintained a first version of the design system for a small business unit.
I've helped to create, launch and at the maintenance of RD's Design System, Pulso. I got solid experience in DS architecture, technical viability and validation of UI elements, defining design principles, release and versioning strategy, creation and implementation of design tokens, building inventory and components, contribution flows, handoffs, user support, stakeholder mapping and communication processes.
Planned and negotiated with the company to invest in Design System. Co-created with developers and designers to build a token architecture and a plan to keep improving and implementing.
As a product designer, I've worked on the conversion optimization and improving the experience of the sales team, creating internal tools, improving existing process and getting rid of frictions. This work allow us to improve the experience of the end customer, doing some interviews and user testing.
I joined the company as UI and UX designer and worked creating landing pages and websites for our growth marketing strategies. I've learned a lot about SEO and SEO good practices, metrics, data analysis, heat map, conversion optimization, research, user validation and design tools.
I was an intern at this small design agency and my focus was creating advertising e graphic materials.
Worked creating designs for marketing campaigns, managed tasks and deadlines with clients, layouts, content creation, stickers and stylization of physical event stands, arts for social media and image retouching.
