I helped make an 67% increase in order processing speed and gave folks a little peace of mind too.
Fidelity’s Alternative Investments group needed to modernize a currently operating 25 year old application for Order processing that was too limiting and increasingly expensive to maintain. The pace of Order processing was not improving, but volume of Orders was increasing. Accuracy, customer service, and job satisfaction were all being threatened.
With a new Design and new Machine Learning features, massive gains in productivity are projected for the business, However, reduction in worker's cognitive load, job training time and costs gave a sense of relief to a stressed workforce. Completing, and managing the order processing workload gives Associates and their Managers the confidence that they performing well, increasing customer satisfaction as well as business goals.
I helped Smartbear ship a new product, with sales, in 6 months.
SmartBear Software needed to decommission a product called CrossBrowserTesting, yet knew some of its technology, the DeviceCloud was still very valuable. The demand for QA automation, especially with regression tests, was growing. New features that leverage Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning were highly anticipated.
Our team launched a new product called VisualTest. From a strategic idea gaining it’s first paying customer in 6 months. VisualTest collaborated with other products in SmartBear's product line, like BitBar, giving current customers more testing options, easily accessed for a very affordable cost.
