Led design on GMF’s software for commercial vehicle lending and consumer MyAccount. I was responsible for ensuring great UX throughout the user’s journey and adhering to brand standards. Work included new features and improvements in the software ranging from idea conceptualization, low/high fidelity designs and prototypes for testing or executive pitches, product vision, creating and running user tests and delivering production ready assets for development.

Worked across TJX banners, primarily T.J.Maxx and Sierra (formerly Sierra Trading Post), to create wireframes, mocks, prototypes and deliverables based on research and testing. Leveraged programs such as Sketch and Principle to create assets for production and put together prototypes that would help convey concepts to stakeholders and bring projects from the concept phase to delivery. Created features that increased SEO value and increased product visibility.
