I've led teams and designed products in a variety of complex business settings and for a wide range of users, across gaming, consumer products, and B2B / enterprise SaaS.

Corporate communications products for global enterprise customers like BBC, IBM, Pfizer, Toyota, and UPS:

  • Established and led product design and user research functions
  • Grew team from 2 to 9 over 3 years, across US and EMEA timezones
  • Interfaced directly with enterprise customers to define use cases and Jobs To Be Done, and create effective product solutions
  • Designed and implemented scalable design process and design system
